The list of activities available in this valley is endless. Ride
the cog railway to the top of Mount Washington or take a cable
car at one of the ski resorts in the valley, then hike along
the Appalachian Trail at Pinkham Notch. Then canoe down the Saco River, or go white water rafting. You can drive the spectacular Kancamagus Highway to Lincoln, explore some of
the small, pristine lakes of Ossipee and Conway and some of Maine's
wonderful lakes - Kezar, Sebago and Long Lake. Tennis, fishing, swimming. The outlet shops and restaurants of North Conway. A mountain biker's, hiker's or golfer's paradise. |

 This
delightful home stands on its own just off Route 16 on the
edge of Lake Iona, set up on a knoll, with a sloping lawn to
the lake, about 5 miles west of Conway in the Mount Washington
Valley. The living room area is open plan, with TV, VCR and stereo, dining table. Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, etc. Small sitting area just off the sitting room with glassed dome with view of
the lake. Large den with queen sleep sofa, TV, VCR, stereo radio and door leading to patio
area with gas BBQ and picnic table and chairs. One bedroom with a queen bed and full bathroom with shower. Upstairs there are two further bedrooms, one with a set of single bunk beds
and a trundle bed (single with pull-out single underneath)
and the other room with a set of bunk beds, which has a double
on the bottom and a single on top. Full bathroom. Washing machine and dryer. Boat and lifejackets. |
