Booking Information
 

  1. Look at our Activity and Adventure pages for ideas about the type of holiday you are looking for; these are some of the combinations that work very well and are tried and tested.
  2. Select the type of accommodation you require - hotel, apartment, B & B, self catering or resort.
  3. Look at Descriptions Explained for information about the symbols used and house descriptions.
  4. Refer to the maps to see locations and go to the relevant section to find information about the representative sample of accommodation that we have there.
  5. Create a short list of suitable accommodation and to check availability.  We have exclusive use of some properties but for the majority we have to check availability with the owner.
  6. We will talk you through your plans and advise you about the suitability of each property to your needs.
  7. Read our Terms and Conditions as this outlines our contract with you and payment procedures.
  8. When you are ready to book, complete your Booking Form together with information about your Car Hire, Amtrak and Travel Insurance requirements.
  9. Upon receipt of your Booking Form we will make the booking on your behalf and send you a confirmation invoice detailing all of the accommodation and extras that you want.
  10. We can accept all credit cards subject to a 2% surcharge.  Please note that final payments are due 56 days prior to travel or on booking if less than 56 days prior to travel.
  11. We will send you accommodation vouchers, maps and travel directions about 2 weeks before you go.
