 Just over 1 mile to town, this special Cape style cottage overlooks Townsend Gut (a tidal inlet). It is in a private and attractive location and would be ideal for those wanting to get away from it all and yet enjoy a modern, upscale and immaculate home. For a small fee you can enjoy the tennis courts and shared private beach. There is a queen bedroom and bathroom with shower over tub, and a loft with a single bed. Large sitting room with fireplace and water views, and a well equipped kitchen. Access to a small deck, with furniture and a gas BBQ. The garden has trees at the back and lawns sloping down to the small road. |

 This modern condominium village is only half a mile from the centre of Boothbay Harbor. Attractively designed and built, each unit is individually owned and individually decorated. Lovely views of the harbour or Mill Cove from every room. Entrance through covered porch area. Bedrooms on either side of hallway, which opens into a large living area with French windows looking out onto the harbour. Cable TV and telephone. Gas fireplace. Dining area. Nice galley type kitchen with stove, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and toaster oven. There is also a very nice alcove looking out onto the water, where there is a separate kitchen table and chairs. Washer/dryer. Two bedrooms - one queen and one double. Two full bathrooms.
