 This is a new house set in 11 acres with wonderful views of the Sheepscot River. Open plan accommodation offers kitchen, L-shaped living room and dining area. Bathroom with shower and small den. Cable TV and VCR. Kitchen equipped with fridge, stove, lobster cookware (pots, crackers and picks), washer/dryer, coffee maker, coffee grinder, toaster and microwave.  This contemporary house is set in a quiet residential area with community tennis courts. The views out over the cove are lovely and can be seen from the deck, sitting room and bedrooms upstairs. The interior is open plan and has a large sitting room with TV, wooden floors and fireplace (not to be lit). Family den. Wonderful kitchen with fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher and coffee maker. The sitting room has large French windows which lead out to the deck. This is fairly high off the ground, but has been fenced up to the top rail for safety. There is also a gate from the deck to the stairs that lead down to the garden area. 4 bedrooms. Ground floor den with two singles, one full bathroom. lst floor - 1 queen, 1 double and 1 set of single bunk beds, one full bathroom. Outside chairs and BBQ. Nice cove out front is perfect for children at low tide. |
