is a bright and new ranch style home in a quiet location only
half a mile from Point of Rocks Beach on Cape Cod Bay. It is comfortably decorated and furnished. The open plan kitchen, dining and sitting area has sliding windows onto the
deck and some sky lights and with the high ceiling makes this
a very light, airy and comfortable room. The 'U' shaped kitchen is well equipped with stove, fridge, toaster, microwave,
dishwasher, washer/dryer, iron and board. The sitting area has sofas and a colour cable TV and video player and a ceiling
fan. Dining table and six chairs. The master bedroom has a queen bed, en suite shower room and fitted cupboards. There is another queen bedroom and one with 2 singles and a family bathroom
with shower over tub. Ceiling fans in each bedroom. Outside there is a cold water shower, garden furniture and a charcoal BBQ. |

cranberry bog, about 2 miles south of Brewster. Open plan kitchen/dining and sitting area with French windows opening onto the
deck and views over the bog. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, fridge, microwave, electric coffee
pot, toaster and lobster pot. Colour cable TV and VCR. One bedroom with a double on the first floor, another double and one with a
single on the second floor. One bathroom with shower and tub, one with shower only. Outdoor furniture and coal barbecue. Delightful home. Please note, the owner lives in the boat house next door but keeps himself to
himself. Last year's guests loved staying here. |
