and washer/dryer. One queen bedroom on first floor with bathroom. Downstairs large room with one double bed, one single and a set of bunks, with
sliding doors that open out into the garden. One further bedroom with queen and bathroom. Garden furniture and BBQ. Great property and a lovely swimming pond just a short walk away. |

 This
is one of the prettiest Cape homes I have seen. It is a nice combination of old fashioned and modern New England. Sitting room with cable colour TV, VCR. Brand new kitchen, open airy den with doors out to deck. Bedrooms two up and one down (one queen and two with 2 singles), very pretty. Nice garden all around. Just off a road, fairly busy during the day but not at night. Not recommended for small children. Washer/dryer and dishwasher. |

 Comfortable
home in quiet residental area of Brewster, surrounded by a
good sized lawn both front and back and just 1 mile to the
beach. Living room with TV and VCR. Dining area with sliding door to deck which is level with the ground, maybe
a step or two but that is all. Good galley kitchen which is fully equipped with fridge, stove, microwave, electric
coffee pot, toaster and lobster pot. Three bedrooms: one with two singles, one with a trundle (a single with a pull
out single underneath) and one with a queen bed. Two bathrooms, one with a shower only and one with a bath and overhead shower. Outside furniture and picnic table. Coal grill. |
