This cosy and comfortable home is close to the village and is only a short drive to the Point of Rocks Beach and Breakwater Landing Beach on Cape Cod Bay and a stroll away from Myricks Pond.  It has a small lawn with trees and shrubs at the front and a larger semi-private garden at the back with garden furniture, cold outdoor shower and a charcoal BBQ.  The kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, washer/dryer, stove, fridge, microwave, coffee pot and toaster.  The dining area adjoins the kitchen and the sitting room has a large fireplace, colour cable TV and video, stereo and CD player, sofas and easy chairs.  One single bedroom and one double bedroom are on this level with a family bathroom with shower over tub.  Stairs lead up to a large elongated open plan bedroom with a double bed at one end and a single at the other, divided by the chimney breast and fitted cupboards.  There are ceiling fans in the bedrooms.
