Very comfortable waterside family home in a residential area of Brewster, about 3 miles from the ocean beaches and close to the Bike Path.  It is set back from Blueberry Pond with wide water views through the trees from the deck and pond facing windows.  There is a central hall with office, cloakroom and en suite (shower) master king bedroom on the right, left to the stairs to lower level and open plan living area.  The sitting room has polished wood floor, wicker furniture, TV and VCR and sliding doors to deck.  Dining area adjoins the sitting room and is divided from the kitchen by a half breakfast bar.  The kitchen is well equipped with fridge, stove, microwave, electric coffee pot, toaster/oven, dishwasher, washer/dryer and lobster pot.  Three smaller bedrooms on the lower level, with two queens and one with 3 single beds, and a full bathroom (with shower over tub).  There is a family den here with sliding doors to the outside and a few steps down to the sandy beach on Blueberry Pond.  An outside shower.  Outside furniture and picnic table.  Gas barbecue.  Parking.

This is a spacious and comfortably furnished home overlooking Upper Millpond about 2 miles from Brewster and 3½ miles from the sandy beaches of Cape Cod Bay.  The large full 'width of the house' deck overlooks the lake and there are steps down to a steep path that goes down to the lake shore.  The main living rooms all have access to the deck by large sliding glass doors; this gives them a light and airy atmosphere.  The sitting room has polished wood floors, sofas, colour cable TV and video, lake views, fireplace (not in use) and access to the deck.  The kitchen adjoins both the sitting room and the dining room and is well equipped with dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, fridge, cooker, coffee pot, toaster, iron and board.  There is one queen bedroom with access to the deck on this level and the other queen bedroom and two with 2 single beds are upstairs.  Outside there is deck furniture and a charcoal BBQ. Not suitable for small children because of the steep slope down to the lake.

This is a lovely home in a quiet residential area, about a third of a mile from Robbins Hill Beach.  It is set back from the road and there is parking for two cars.  The house is all on one level with an open plan kitchen, living room and dining area, with a polished hard wood floor with rugs.  The living room has a ceiling fan, colour cable TV, video, stereo and CD player with comfortable sofas grouped around a fireplace.  The adjoining dining area has polished table and chairs and French windows opening onto a paved patio.  The well equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, fridge, stove, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, lobster pot, iron and board and a washer/dryer.  There are four bedrooms - one king, one queen and two with 2 single beds - and there are three bathrooms - one family bathroom with shower over tub and two shower only bathrooms.  There are six portable fans, gas BBQ, outdoor furniture and some beach chairs.
