Keane is an unassuming bungalow from the outside but it is beautifully furnished and decorated inside.  Set in a quiet street with a nice yard and deck.  Spacious accommodation offers open plan sitting room and dining room with the kitchen in the middle.  The kitchen is well equipped with fridge, stove, coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave and toaster.  The sitting room has TV, VCR and cable.  The dining room has French windows that open out onto the deck and garden.  Outdoor furniture, BBQ.  Three bedrooms: two queen and one with 2 single beds.  Two bathrooms: one with bath, the other with shower only.  Washer/dryer.  In the summer all the window boxes are planted out.

This large apartment (renovated June 2002) is in the heart of Chatham just opposite the park and the bandstand.  Every Friday night they have a band playing.  Walk to a choice of restaurants, shops and galleries.  It is less than a mile to the sandy Lighthouse Beach or take a gentle stroll down to Oyster Pond or Little Mill Pond.  A private staircase opens onto a large landing.  Living room with windows overlooking the street below, two couches, one of which opens to a sleep sofa, beautiful Oriental rug and an antique armoire with a large TV/VCR.  Next to it is another sitting area that is open to the dining room that has a glass-topped table and 8 chairs.  The kitchen is a large galley style with handcrafted wooden cabinets and all modern appliances.  A small hallway leads to a bedroom with two futon couches that turn into beds.  There is an Oriental rug and TV in this room.  Going back to the landing, there is a hallway to the other two bedrooms.  The first bedroom has 2 single beds with beautiful antique headboards and dresser.  The bedding is absolutely beautiful.  The walls are hand painted to look like satin wallcoverings.  There is also a TV/VCR in this room.  The next bedroom down is the master bedroom with a lovely queen-sized bed with luxurious bedding and pillows.  There is a large walk-in dressing room/closet with a dresser.  It has a TV/VCR as well.  Across from the bedroom is the full bathroom with a shower.  There is also a separate laundry room with full washer and dryer off this hallway.  Large windows throughout and central air conditioning.
