The village is located about 5 miles south of Conway, just off Route 113, about 15-20 minutes drive from North Conway. Set in a large block of woodland, surrounding three lakes - the largest being Big Pea Porridge Pond. These individually owned private houses are in quiet locations, well spaced out in open wooded lots, some with stunning mountain views on the hill top, surrounded by grass and trees, within 1 mile of a pond, or have water frontage with their own sandy beach on one of the ponds. These lakes are clean and are accessible to all at certain public beaches (normally only other residents of the village). They are great for swimming, fishing and sailing; some of the houses have canoes or boats and life jackets for use by the tenant. Access through the village is by either tarmac road or well maintained gravel road. There is an excellent Community Market and Deli on the main road, about ½ mile from Eidelweiss, with fresh food, vegetables, videos and top up supplies. The charming, pure New England village of Madison, about 2 miles away, has local stores and fuel. |

 A spacious waterfront plot, with water views and a private beach on Middle Pea Porridge Pond. This is a lovely three level house with the main access and open plan living area on the ground floor. Well equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, dishwasher, stove, microwave and coffee maker, leading to the dining and sitting area overlooking the wrap around deck and the lake. Woodburning fireplace, sliding doors onto the deck, cable TV and telephone. En suite queen room with shower. Downstairs, in the full walk out basement, there is a sofa bed, sliding windows and a gas 'woodburning stove', utility room with washer/dryer. Upstairs from the balcony is a double room, shared bathroom with shower over tub and the third bedroom has 1 set of single bunks and a single bed. Ceiling fans. Garden furniture and a BBQ, lifejackets. |

 Fesler is in a quiet wooded location, less than ½ mile to the beach. The porch opens into a nicely furnished, light and airy open plan sitting room/kitchen/dining area with access to the wrap-around deck on the left and bedroom with two single beds and bathroom on the right. The basement stores the gas BBQ and garden furniture and the washer/dryer. Upstairs the master bedroom has a queen bed, bathroom with whirlpool bath and another bedroom with a set of bunks and one single bed. The well equipped kitchen includes dishwasher, stove, microwave and fridge. The sitting area has a woodburning stove, sofa bed, cable TV, video, stereo/radio and telephone (local calls only). A cot and high chair are also available. Canoe with life jackets for summer use. |

 This light and comfortable home is near the top of Eidelweiss and has western views of Mount Chocorua. The lakes are just a five minute drive down the hill, where the children can swim and play at any of the lake sandy beaches. Open plan well equipped kitchen, includes a dishwasher, carpeted dining and sitting area, with French windows onto the deck. Woodburner, satellite TV and VCR, stereo/radio. Bathroom shared by a queen bedroom at the front and a set of single bunks in the rear bedroom. Upstairs, the en suite queen bedroom adjoins a large open landing with sofas (queen sofa bed) for admiring the view. Washer and dryer in the basement. Deck furniture and gas BBQ. The Vitalie and Isabelle Homes are next door to each other and larger parties can rent both. |
