 Do not be put off by the outward appearance of this little 'Saltbox' style house. It is a delightful home inside and ideally located next door to the Geneva Place beach on Middle Pea Porridge Pond. Small entrance area which opens up into a living room, kitchen and dining area. Sliding doors open out onto a deck with a lawn running down to a small private beach and the lake. Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, stove, microwave, coffee maker and toaster oven. No dishwasher. In the living room there is cable TV and VCR, stereo/radio. Cloakroom and washer/dryer. Upstairs there is a full bathroom, two queen bedrooms and the third has a double bunk with a single bed on top. Picnic table and chairs, gas BBQ and canoe with lifejackets. |

 A delightful modern house, much cared for, which is just a minute's walk away from the beach of Pea Porridge Pond. Set in an open glade in the woods, with a deck at the front overlooking a lawn bounded by a small stream. Comfortably furnished throughout, the carpeted sitting room with access to the deck has a cable TV, video, stereo/radio, ceiling fan, sofa bed and woodburning stove. The kitchen/diner is well equipped with dishwasher, microwave, stove and fridge. Two double bedrooms on the ground floor, and the bathroom with shower over bath. Upstairs there is a double bedroom and a landing area with 2 singles. A coin-operated washer/dryer is in the basement with a small soccer table. |

 This is a spacious and nicely furnished home and is located between Little Pea Porridge Pond and Middle Pea Porridge Pond and has water views through the trees from the deck. It is an upside down house with three bedrooms - a queen, a king and one with 2 single beds - and a full bathroom (shower over tub) and washer/dryer on the ground floor. Upstairs is a large open plan living room with sliding windows to the deck, colour cable TV, VCR, telephone, wood stove and a queen sofa bed. This room has a dining area and well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, etc. There is also a cloakroom on this level. The loft is reached via a loft ladder and there are 2 single beds and a balcony overlooking the sitting area. Outside chairs and BBQ. |
