 This is a restored mid Victorian coastguard station
overlooking the mouth of the Kennebec River in a small quaint fishing
village. Near to the site of the 1607 Virginia Colony, historic
gun emplacements and Fort Popham. Many local attractions in nearby
Bath and outlet shopping in Freeport. Delightful, light
and spacious home with a Scandinavian flare for decoration and hospitality. Three
large en suite queen bedrooms overlooking the beach, one looking inland,
and a smaller double room with shared bath with garden and beach view. Walk
along the beach and listen to the surf and look for the seals, cormorants
and ospreys. Children over 12. |
