Three miles from Mashpee, individual detached 2 bedroom houses on well spaced part wooded lots.  The houses are air conditioned and are comfortably furnished.  One queen bedroom, one with 2 singles and a double sofa bed, 2 bathrooms.  Well equipped kitchen, colour TV, communal laundry.  Tennis, heated swimming pool, playground, putting green and community centre are available for guests.  3 mile drive to beach - small parking fee.

Delightful bungalow with stone flagged floors and a wonderful landscaped garden.  This home has a comfortable feel to it, European in decor.  Entrance area with front door and access straight through to the garden.  To your left there are two bedrooms, one with a double and the other with two singles.  Full bathroom with glass sliding door to shower and bath.  To the right of the front door there is the dining area and kitchen with fridge, cooker, dishwasher and washer/dryer.  The chimney breast divides the small kitchen with dining area from the sitting room which has a large 'A' framed window that looks out to the garden and patio.  There is a TV, VCR and radio.  The third bedroom has 2 single beds put together to make a king bed.  Second bathroom with shower.  Outdoor stone flagged patio, furniture and BBQ.  Unused loft area.

Lovely light modern home, with lots of space all around.  Short walk to private beach and resort facilities (extra membership fee), short drive to public beaches all around the Falmouth area.  Large sitting room with cathedral ceiling and large fireplace.  Open plan stairs.  Lovely kitchen, very well equipped with fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, rubbish disposal.  Washer/dryer in alcove.  Dining room which will seat up to 10 people.  Two bedrooms on ground floor: one with two singles, the other with a king bed (or splits into two singles).  Full bathroom.  On the second floor there is a very large bedroom with a king bed and a full bathroom.  This room is comfortably furnished with desk and sofa.  There is a small landing with two sofas that can be used as beds if desired.  TV and VCR in sitting room.  Lovely deck to sit out on with furniture and gas BBQ.  Storage shed for bikes.
