Located in a quiet residential area near the end of the peninsula jutting out into Lake Winnipesaukee between the towns of Meredith (4 miles) and Center Harbor (7 miles). Large wraparound deck with a screened gazebo where there is also a hot tub. Open plan design with lots of windows, central fireplace, comfortable sofas, polished hardwood floors with rugs and a cathedral ceiling with skylights, TV and VCR. Well equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, washer/dryer and dishwasher. Pool/ping pong table and family den in the walk out basement. The three bedrooms are a king, double and one set of bunks with a double, and a double sleep sofa in the den. The bathrooms are one full bathroom with shower over tub, shower and WC and cloakroom.
