the studio of the artist and teacher Charles Woodbury and has

wonderful family home is a part of an inn, and is situated
about a quarter of a mile inland. A short walk from the Marginal Way and the Little Beach, under a mile from the
restaurants of Perkins Cove. Walk or take a trolley bus to town and the main beach. This is a special home filled with antiques and has an exclusive list of tenants
including film stars and US Presidents. A very well equipped kitchen; laundry with washer/dryer, iron and board; formal
dining room; entrance hall with a cloakroom; wood panelled
sitting room with open fireplace and air conditioning unit,
comfortable sofas and floor rugs, TV and VCR. Stairs from the hall to a landing; large master bedroom with a king bed, adjoining
bathroom, air conditioning, TV and French windows opening onto
a balcony overlooking the ocean; second bedroom with a queen
bed; smaller bedroom with a single bed; and the second bathroom. The garden surrounds the house with lawns and shrubs, and a paved patio outside
the Barbecue House has garden furniture and recliners. There is a daily housekeeping service. There is complimentary muffins and coffee for breakfast at the main inn. This is next to the beach with stunning views across the bay. A wonderful home for a special break. |

trolley stop and very near the Footbridge Beach. Described as "very nice get-away offering a sense of privacy in a busy community, very well
maintained property". There is a well equipped kitchen that includes dishwasher and washer but no
dryer, fridge, stove, microwave, toaster, lobster pot and coffee
maker. In the sitting area there is a radio, stereo and CD player, colour cable TV
and VCR, and a fan. On the deck there is a gas grill, deck chairs and table, plus four folding beach
chairs and an outside shower. The master bedroom has a queen bed, and the other two bedrooms have 2 singles
in each. There are two full bathrooms. |
